Dear Laurie:

	Since I have borrowed some money, the pressure is off on selling
the stock.  However, I have to pay it back at the beginning of June, so
I would like to sell it whenever you think it will fetch the best price
during that interval.  If you would prefer not to make that decision,
please sell it in the middle of March unless I tell you otherwise.

	I assume that Susie is in touch with you about selling her stock.

	I hope to see you at the III Board meeting in February.
